Custom Tour Packages

Our most popular offering is for a fully designed tour package. Like the itinerary development described below, the travel plan will be created with your feedback and will happen in drafts.

A custom tour will involve your input during the planning process to reach the right travel mix for your group. We will discuss what type of budget you wish to be in, what types of accommodation and activities are on your list, and develop the plan with you.

Custom tour packages typically include your transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, and activities during your trip. We will build the itinerary based on how many pre-planned activities work for you. This may involve a private driver for the tour duration or a mix of public transport and private drivers.

Travel Agent Services

Our travel agency services are free to you! As a full-service travel agency, Healy Tours can assist you with booking any kind of commercial tour or cruise. We can help you navigate the options and recommend our trusted partners for cruises and land tours all over the globe. We source the vacation options that meet your specifications.

Cost: The list price from the tour or cruise operator.

For example: River Cruises, Ocean Cruises, Tours of Italy, or an African Safari!

Itinerary Development

As your travel consultants, we will work with you to develop a custom itinerary that will create a beautiful trip for you, based on what you love. We will listen to what you want from traveling and will personally design experiences that create a trip to remember!

Our custom itineraries allow for plenty of spontaneous fun, but give you structure to avoid the pitfalls of insufficient planning. There is a fee for itinerary planning, but if you choose to book a full package tour with us, this travel planning fee will act as a deposit towards the total trip price. You will receive a fully laid-out travel plan with links to recommended hotels, activities, and more that you can book based on your group's travel needs and budget.

Travel insurance protection

Travel issues can happen, as we have seen in the past few years with a global pandemic, airline pilot strikes, weather disruptions, and other unforeseen events. Once your bookings are made, do not be caught off-guard with non-refundable fares or reservations. We can provide you with an insurance quote from our travel partners. Please note all insurance plans are administered by the respective insurance company, not by Healy Tours. Insurance plan costs are based upon your home state, age, and total trip cost.

Travel insurance can cover you for trip cancellation due to flight delays or medical reasons, as well as cover travel mishaps, lost luggage, or medical emergencies while traveling.

Note that non-refundable airfares or package bookings can be covered by travel insurance if travel problems occur.
