THE STEPS TO CUSTOM TRIP PLANNING
Step 1 - Submit Your Trip Request Form
Share your travel goals and preferences. You’ll then receive a first‑draft trip overview to review. The form below collects the details we need to begin working with you on your tour. Please send us as many details as you know about your trip. We will reach out with additional questions as needed as we start to build your initial itinerary.
Step 2 — Itinerary Development & Review
We’ll update your plan and provide a second draft with estimated pricing and more trip details. Once you’re happy with the plan, we move to deposits.
At the start of this step, an Itinerary Development fee ($550) is due to continue with the planning process. This fee is applied to your total trip cost if you move forward with booking through Healy Tours.

You'll be provided with a link to submit your deposit and lock in your bookings. We’ll finalize arrangements, confirm pricing, and prepare your custom itinerary. Hotel options are shared after deposits, and adjustments can still be made if needed. We can provide assistance or advise regarding flight bookings, if needed.

Step 4 — Get Ready to Travel!
Your final documents, tickets, and vouchers arrive via mail a few weeks before departure. Healy Tours will be in touch regarding any final details. If you have any questions while traveling, we're just an email or phone call away!
Itinerary Development
As your travel consultants, we will work with you to develop a custom itinerary that will create a beautiful trip for you, based on what you love. We will listen to what you want from traveling and will personally design experiences that create a trip to remember!
Our custom itineraries allow for plenty of spontaneous fun, but give you structure to avoid the pitfalls of insufficient planning. There is a fee for itinerary planning, but if you choose to book a full package tour with us, this travel planning fee will act as a deposit towards the total trip price. You will receive a fully laid-out travel plan with links to recommended hotels, activities, and more that you can book based on your group's travel needs and budget.

Our most popular offering is our fully designed custom tour package — a complete travel experience created just for you. The planning process is collaborative and completed in drafts, ensuring your itinerary reflects your preferences every step of the way.
We’ll discuss your ideal budget, preferred accommodation style, and the types of activities you want to include. From there, we’ll craft a travel plan that fits your travel style perfectly.
Custom tour packages typically include transportation, accommodations, sightseeing, and activities. Your itinerary can be as structured or as flexible as you like — whether that means a private driver for the full duration or a combination of public transportation and private transfers.
Full-Service Tour Cost: Customized based on your travel wishes
Custom Itinerary Development Cost: $550.00

Our travel agency services are completely free to you. As a full‑service agency, Healy Tours can assist with booking commercial tours and cruises around the world. We help you navigate the options and recommend trusted partners for unforgettable experiences.
